Signature Pavilion Features
Roof - Ultraframe - Livinroof system, powder coated in RAL 7016, glazed with insulated composite panels, internally it is composed of 2 separate layers of insulation.
Windows & Doors - Choice of frame colours to choose from; White/Grey/Grey out & White in.
Doors - Options of different door mechanisms; French/Sliding/Bi-Fold.
Columns - Engineered insulated columns, gives strength & warmth.
They're 5 times more thermally efficient than brick.
Powder coated in RAL 7016.
Walls - The most energy efficient garden room walls on the market.
Structural insulation combined with galvanised steel & treated timber ensures the walls are both warm & structurally strong.
Cladding - Choice of cladding materials; Cement, Composite, Aluminium with a choice of colours to choose from.

Construction Design: This is our pavilion garden room constructed as a modular kit, laid on a solid ground screw foundation, fitted out with a range of floor colours, UPVC windows & doors, mold resistant insulation, cladding, lighting & Ultraframe livinroof glass column pitch roof system.

Roof: We're partnered with Ultraframe to provide you with their livinroof system, you have an option to add extra rooflights or not, they come without as standard finished in RAL 7016.

Floor: Our choice of foundation are ground screws, this due to them being eco-friendly, easy to install, they're versatile, re-useable & they last 200 years in the ground with no wear.
The floor is then fixed directly to the screws for a solid finish.

Windows & Doors: UPVC doors & windows with A-rated double glazing.

Interior: Fitted with pre-finished internal board negates the need for plastering & down lights fitted inside & out. Interior is done upon request.

Standard Pavilion
The Pavilion makes a more traditional statement with the look and feel of an orangery. Spacious in design the Pavilion has the option for 4 fixed rooflights to bring more natural light to the Garden Room.
Premium Pavilion
This is our Pavilion with a little extra, it comes with inline insulated columns to
break up the sides with windows.
These columns not only make a style statement but add thermal performance, ensuring the Premium Pavilion retains heat really well even in cold temperatures.
