Construction Design: This is our range of garden rooms / pods are constructed from treated timber, laid on a solid ground foundation, fitted out with OSB board, UPVC windows & doors, mold resistant PIR insulation, cladding, lighting & rubber roof.

Roof: Fully treated timber guaranteed for 10 years is used for the construction of our Luxe garden room roofs, they're fitted with treated OSB boards, covered in rubber & finished off with guttering.

Floor: Our choice of foundation are ground screws, this due to them being eco-friendly, easy to install, they're versatile, re-useable & they last 200 years in the ground with no wear.
The floor is then fixed directly to the screws for a solid finish.

Windows & Doors: UPVC doors & windows with A-rated double glazing.

Interior: Fitted with treated OSB board & down lights fitted inside & out. Interior is done upon request.
